With a manageable portfolio size, you'll be able to focus on delivering exceptional service, optimising asset performance and creating positive tenant experiences.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial office portfolio, ensuring properties are operating efficiently, tenants are supported and budgets are effectively managed.
Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial office assets
Building and maintaining solid relationships with tenants,



contractors and service providers
Preparing and managing operating budgets, forecasts and expenditure reporting
Coordinating maintenance, capital works and compliance activities
Assisting with lease administration, tenant retention and occupancy strategies

About You

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:
Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager within commercial property
Solid understanding of lease management, budgeting and financial reporting
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience managing contractors and building services providers
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Australian driver's licence and relevant property qualifications (preferred)
