De Bortoli Wines is seeking a Laboratory Technician for our Bilbul production site in NSW. You will perform laboratory sampling, microbiological testing, and analyses in line with our quality system while maintaining a protected laboratory workplace.
You will identify out-of-spec results, support root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement. A background in Food Technology or Science and robust communication skills are highly valued.
