About the Role
Working as part of a production team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. This position suits someone with strong machine operating experience, ideally within food or FMCG environments, who understands the importance of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery
Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency
Troubleshoot minor faults and escalates issues as required
Maintain accurate production records
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG (food highly regarded)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a quick-paced production setting
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
High attention to detail and quality focus
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
