As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a clean portfolio of up to 160 properties with end-to-end management responsibilities, or
Property Manager / Leasing Consultant
The Property Manager role:
You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio with support from a team that actually backs each other. We’re looking for someone confident in all areas of portfolio management, including:
Routine inspections
Leasing & applications
Maintenance coordination
Arrears management
VCAT attendance
Rental provider & renter communication
End of lease processes
