Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar to the construction industry to implement current processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.
You will be responsible for:
Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in Databuild
Liaising with estimating & drafting team where required
Management of 'accounts' inbox
Primary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queries
Complying with approvals process for payments
Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs
Archiving of digital documents with Companion software
Management of progress stage-claims & debt control
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Databuild or similar construction software
Experience in MYOB or similar accounting software
