The Ville Precinct is seeking a Safety Advisor to develop and implement safety strategies and initiatives across its operations in Townsville. Reporting to the GM – HR, you will influence a positive safety culture for about 1,000 staff and ensure legislative compliance with risk management practices.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate IV in WHS, WHSO accreditation, and current First Aid & CPR. You will balance compliance with operational needs while driving continuous improvement across
