Agtech Natural Resources – Alstonville NSW

This is a hands‑on warehouse role combining day‑to‑day warehouse duties with responsibility for coordinating workflow, allocating tasks, receipting incoming goods, preparing outbound orders and booking freight.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse priorities and workflow.
Allocate staff to daily tasks and work areas.
Receive and receipt incoming stock and customer goods.
Check incoming deliveries and report shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate the preparation and packing of outbound orders.
Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and ready for dispatch.
Book outbound freight using Starshipit and carrier booking portals.
Prepare shipping labels, manifests and freight documentation.
Assist with freight tracking and delivery enquiries.
Record inbound, storage, handling and outbound activities for 3PL customers.

Is reliable, organised and takes ownership of their work.
Can coordinate competing daily priorities.
Communicates confidently with other team members.




Is comfortable using computers and learning recent systems.
Is practical and happy to work hands‑on in the warehouse.
Can identify problems and help find practical solutions.
Is willing to learn and develop with the role.
Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch, freight, logistics or inventory would be beneficial but is not essential.
Forklift experience and a current licence are preferred.
