GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and New Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career qualified seeking growth within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities
Provide tele‑ and on‑site technical support as well as post‑sales support.
Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
Report and follow up with head office on product failures with clear documentation.
Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Maintain regular follow‑ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.




Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
Robust analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to learn current technologies quickly.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Team‑player who works effectively in a collaborative environment.
Friendly, positive, and customer‑driven attitude.
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Adaptability to frequent travel.
Valid driving license.
