Meriton in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Building Manager to own a residential building. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the building is well presented, compliant and efficiently run, and act as the in office point of contact for residents and contractors.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ experience in building or property management, a sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes, and solid communication and problem-solving skills.
