Full time Centre Manager Bondi (Maternity Leave Cover with an opportunity to become permanent)

The Role

As a Centre Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
Lead, coach, and empower a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous career development and excellence.
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
