An exciting chance exists to join Victim Assist Queensland as a temporary Team Leader within the Financial Assistance Unit based in South Brisbane.
The Team Leader will be appointed by the chief executive as a Government assessor under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009 (Section 128). This position reports to the Executive Manager, Financial Assistance and will:
Perform functions as required under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009.
Lead a multidisciplinary client focused team in an evidence-based decision making and results driven workplace.
Drive motivation and innovation in team members.
Manage processes and resources to ensure the timely assessment of applications for financial assistance in line with legislative intent.

$133,603 to $143,125 per annum
