Acumen Corp is a commercial builder specialising in fitout & construction projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help us maintain that reputation.

What you'll be doing
Managing all on-site activities from pre-start through to practical completion
Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel across aviation and fitout works
Ensuring full compliance with OH&S;, airport security protocols, and regulatory requirements
Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Liaising with clients, project managers, consultants, and airport/facility stakeholders
Maintaining site documentation, diaries, ITPs, and inspection records
Managing works in live, operational environments with minimal disruption to end users

What we're looking for




Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction — fitout and/or aviation experience highly regarded
Comfortable working in access-controlled, security-sensitive settings
Current Construction Induction (White Card) and valid driver's licence
Strong knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
A solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail and finish quality
