Your Role & Responsibilities
Design and deliver a high‑quality, child‑led educational program in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Create engaging learning environments and meaningful documentation of children’s progress
Maintain professional room standards and daily operations
Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues




Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in our team

About You

You are:
An experienced Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor or ACECQA‑approved diploma; working towards acceptable)
Fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification plus WWCC
Experienced in delivering high‑quality childcare and documentation
Proficient with childcare software (iPad and desktop)
Takes initiative
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate, well‑organised, and skilled
A team player who values relationships and knowledge‑sharing
Ideally familiar with Montessori principles, although not essential
