WesTrac Cat in Casula, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis, Monday–Friday at our Casula workshop. This role offers a pathway toward further opportunities and hands-on experience with hydraulic and engineering services.
You will act as the main liaison for job progress, coordinate with workshop and sales teams, and ensure accurate timelines, quotations, invoicing, and customer communications while maintaining solid relationships.
