Goodstart Highfields is looking for a Senior Educator to lead a room and mentor a team of Educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, while upholding safety and inclusivity for every child.
The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), thorough knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and a current Queensland Blue Card.
