UGL Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to lead the Pre–Contracts team from Sydney or Brisbane. The role focuses on shaping win strategies, evaluating prospects, and managing bid processes to improve revenue, margin and win rates.

You will drive bid strategy, engage clients, and collaborate with estimation and commercial teams to develop robust, costed proposals and timely submissions. A solid background in utilities/major infrastructure is essential.
