We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Bowling team. If you enjoy working with people,

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and helping them get started with their bowling experience
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the bowling lanes and resolving basic lane issues
Keeping bowling areas clean, safe and well-presented
Assisting with parties, group bookings and special events
Providing excellent customer service and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere
Working alongside colleagues across Ocean to deliver a great overall guest experience

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every shift.

Ideally, you'll have:




Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Confidence working in a busy, customer-focused setting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
A willingness to learn and get involved wherever needed

Experience isn't essential – we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
