Best Western PLUS Apollo International in Charlestown, NSW is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, consistency and presentation across all meals.
We require a recognised culinary qualification or equivalent, with at least 5 years in a busy kitchen and 2 years in a Sous Chef or senior role.
