Our client is a major Kitchen retail supplier. They arecurrently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon-Fri at their Craigieburnfacility commencing in ac casual capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for yet not limited to:
Provide service excellence to internal and external customers as directed by the business
Answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct callsto the relevant personnel.
Assess customer requirements and process internal/external orders to time requirements maximising warehouse efficiencies
Order processing Data entry of orders & EDI processing
Manage and action customer enquiries via phone & email





In order to be successful in this role you will require:
Experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel & Outlook (Outlook essential)
Pronto Experience beneficial but not essential
Proven time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a high-level of accuracy
Ability to be flexible, to problem solve, & to multitask
Robust verbal & written communication and a pleasant, professional, confident phone manner
Be a team player with a valuable work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
