BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Change Practitioner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a 12-month fixed-term, full time contract. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to support delivery and adoption of strategic projects and change initiatives.
Reporting to the Change Lead, you will identify impacts, develop change plans and support implementation that strengthens organisational effectiveness and outcomes. Occasional travel may be required.
