Description

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for a Technology and infrastructure Architect to work on some major client projects in Australia. The position will be full time.

Responsibilities
The Technology and Infrastructure Architect designs and maintains the overall IT infrastructure architecture, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centres.
Ensure systems are robust, cost-effective, secure, and capable of supporting current and future business needs.
Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid)
Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
Evaluate and recommend current technologies and tools
Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems
Collaborate with application architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Oversee cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure,



Google Cloud)
Guide infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
Manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
Review and approve infrastructure designs and implementations.

Qualifications
The candidate must be a qualified technical architect covering below applications/platforms:
On-premise compute, storage and networking
AWS compute, storage and networking
Azure compute, storage and networking
Database technologies
Wi-Fi, printing and other core services
Experience in architecting solutions for legacy transformations is preferable

Remuneration

This is a full time role with a salary of $100K and above, excluding superannuation.
