TheirCare is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee 10 services across the Wodonga region, driving program delivery, safety, quality and compliance while growing capability across teams. You will travel across centres and report to an operations manager in a high growth setting.

You should have OSHC or childcare management experience, ACECQA‑approved qualifications, and robust knowledge of National Law, National Quality Standard and internal policies.
