National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant/Receptionist to assist the team in our modern Box Hill practice on a part time basis.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving Box Hill practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

As the business continues to grow,



there is a strong opportunity for the role to increase to full time hours in the coming months.

Skills & Experience

You have:
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist - preferred
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - highly regarded

You are:
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with solid attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic
