Caura Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred disability support services across Current South Wales. The role will be offered on a Permanent Full time basis at 38 hours a week.
You will assess participants' needs, develop and review support plans, and coordinate with health and community services to ensure outcomes. A solid English ability and relevant qualification are required, with at least one year of experience.
