The role:
Service, maintenance and breakdown of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
Local patch across Brisbane's northside, minimal cross‑city travel
Fault‑finding and repairs across chillers, split systems, VRF/VRV and ducted units
Preventative maintenance and compliance documentation
The person:
Commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Based north of the river with a full Australian driver's licence
