One of our valued clients, a well-established construction company based in Western Sydney currently seeking a reliable and proactive Administration to join their team on a long-term contract.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy construction office and is confident supporting project teams in a fast-paced setting.

The Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project team
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Assist with document control, filing, and record management
Support project documentation, subcontractor paperwork, and compliance
Coordinate diaries, meetings, and site-related administration
General office coordination and ad hoc administrative duties

About You




Previous experience in an administration role (construction experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
