Dolcini Cafe in Putney, NSW is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen and drive day-to-day operations. You will manage menu development, food preparation and staff leadership in a up-to-date Italian-inspired café.
This hands-on role requires solid experience in a rapid-paced kitchen, HACCP knowledge and the ability to manage stock, costs and quality across a 38-hour week.
