FRANKIE4 is seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This hands-on role covers HR administration, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day people queries across our stores and Head Office.
Reporting to the Director of People & Performance, you’ll process contracts, welcome current starters, and troubleshoot office operations. Ideal for someone early in HR or with 1–2 years’ HR admin experience looking to grow ownership.
