Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join our leadership team. This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a solid focus on strategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
Build and maintain partnerships and professional networks.
Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.

About You
Proven track record in business development and practice growth within the dental industry.




Prior experience as a Business Manager or Senior Practice Manager in dentistry.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g. Exact).
Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable improvements.
