Woolworths Group is seeking a proactive team lead for the Proactive Services group to ensure clean stores and ready trolleys. You will manage a team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, and collaborate with Store Leadership to meet daily priorities.

You will roster, coach and develop staff, monitor attendance, manage consumables, and contribute hands-on to operations to keep store settings secure and effective.
