Mayflower, a not-for-profit aged care provider, is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our lifestyle team. Reporting to the lifestyle Supervisor, you will help deliver person-centred lifestyle programmes that promote independence, social connection, and wellbeing for residents.
You will support community outings, activities, and direct care under supervision, provide social and emotional support, and collaborate with volunteers and Allied Health Specialists.
