We are looking for talented and experienced Chef de Partie for our new residence in Longueville. Our Chef de Partie are responsible for the delivery of quality food and culinary experiences to our residents. Chefs ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation, productive and timely food delivery and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Skills and experience
Certificate IV in commercial cookery
Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Kitchen
Good practice in WHS, food safety, Infection Control, complaints handling
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Valuable time management
Creative culinary skills
Computer literacy an advantage
