About You

You’re a proven Centre Director who:
Has 2–3 years’ experience successfully leading an Early Childhood service
Has experience managing a large, high‑occupancy centre
Leads with confidence, kindness and integrity
Builds engaged, high‑performing teams
Creates robust relationships with families and the local community
Is passionate about coaching educators and developing future leaders

Essential Requirements




Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates
Full Australian working rights
