Are you a seasoned gardening qualified with leadership skills? Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business serving strata, commercial and residential clients across Sydney. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to help elevate our service and lead our crew.

What you'll be doing
Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial and strata sites
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met
Hands-on work including mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and general garden maintenance
Managing job site organisation and tool/equipment coordination




Providing training and mentorship to junior team members
Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

What we're looking for
Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
A current driver's licence (essential)
Solid knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols
Physically fit, reliable and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn, adapt and uphold our company's standards
