Coastal Hydraulics & Engineering Pty Ltd is a leading Cairns based hydraulic repair, service, and hose manufacturing company. We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director and assist with data entry, compiling spreadsheets, assisting with accounts payable and reception duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments
Handle emails, calls and general correspondence
Prepare and format documents including spreadsheets, contracts, reports and ISO accreditation
Assist with data entry, administration and document management
Maintain organised digital and office filing systems
Assist with accounts payable as required
Assist with general business and personal support tasks
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Xero) and general office software
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
Professional and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
Robust work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
Willing to learn and be versatile to changing workload
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
This is a Full time position based in Cairns, Monday-Friday with an excellent and knowledgeable team.
