Rencon Group in Colac is seeking a seasoned agricultural and land-management qualified to join the depot in a hands-on supervisory role. This is not a desk-only management position and you will lead by example in the field while supporting depot and regional operations.
You will coordinate field crews, equipment and daily workloads, while ensuring safety, productivity and client service across Greater Colac and the Otways.
