The opportunity

You will manage and grow a Sunshine Coast territory through account management, business development, clinical support, and theatre engagement.

Key accountabilities
Grow sales, accounts, and new business opportunities
Support surgeons and nurses in theatre
Deliver product education and in-service training
Prepare implants and instruments for procedures




Build strong customer relationships and identify growth prospects
Present product information to clinical stakeholders
Manage territory planning, reporting, and administration

What you’ll bring
Allied health, health science, nursing, medical sales, or related background highly regarded
Medical device, hospital, or healthcare sales experience preferred
Confidence in clinical, hospital, and theatre environments
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Proactive, organised, self-motivated, and accountable
A current driver licence and willingness to travel as required
Flexibility to support surgical cases outside standard hours
