Downer is seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor in a casual capacity to lead on major industrial projects. You will read scaffold designs, organise crews, and keep work moving with a solid focus on safety, productivity and quality.

Based in our Industrial & Energy team, the role is site-based, hands-on and requires mentoring crews, coordinating labour and equipment, and delivering work to client specifications while upholding Downer's Zero Harm commitment.
