Wollongong City Council is seeking a customer-focused Technology Support Officer to join our Technology Support team. This in office role supports 1800+ employees across Council facilities, delivering timely and qualified IT assistance.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software and device issues, install equipment, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems. The position is 35 hours per week, permanent full time, with salary from $91,924 to $100,110 plus superannuation.
