WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Ongoing in-salon training and mentoring from our team
Dedicated one‑on‑one education every second week with an out of house educator focusing on exactly what you’re currently learning
All additional salon education covered by Blonde Army
Assisting our senior stylists and learning hands‑on in a busy salon environment
Helping maintain a clean, organised and beautiful salon space
Assisting with reception and social media
Building genuine relationships with our clients and becoming part of their salon experience
