PFX Group is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead the day shift at the Lytton plant in Brisbane, ensuring secure, on-schedule, well-run operations across four work centers. You’ll coach a front-line team and drive discipline across planning, data accuracy and housekeeping.
You will coordinate with the Plant Manager, champion safety in a Dangerous Goods workplace, and ensure readiness for each shift starting at 5:45am. This is a permanent, full-time day-shift role with a transparent career path.
