Senior Client Service Officer / Senior Administrator

Location: Newcastle NSW – Office‑based

Employment: Full‑Time (full or part time or flexible options available)

Salary: A$85,000.00/yr – A$90,000.00/yr

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys ownership and accountability. You will be the go‑to person for applications, follow‑ups, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑end management of advice implementation and applications
Liaising with platforms, providers and internal stakeholders
Coordinating client documentation, reviews and ongoing service requirements
Managing workflows, follow‑ups and deadlines
Supporting advisers with high‑touch, relationship‑focused client service
Meeting clients in the office and being part of meetings, end to end communication with clients

About You




5+ years’ experience in a financial planning admin / CSO role
Robust knowledge of advice processes and application handling
Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
Comfortable working in an office‑based, collaborative setting
Experience with Midwinter and/or Worksorted highly regarded
