Challenge Foster Care, part of Challenge Community Services, seeks a compassionate Supervised Contact Worker to organise and supervise family and sibling contact for children in OOHC. You will ensure visits are protected, structured and supportive, prioritising welfare and wellbeing.
You will work with Case Workers, carers and families to facilitate connections and provide accurate reporting after each session. Flexibility in rostered hours and prospects for training are offered.
