At Stryker, we’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Melbourne. This is a hands‑on role where things move quickly, and you’ll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time.
You’ll be joining a high‑performing team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, brings a strong desire to grow and has experience influencing outcomes in clinical or sales settings.
You’ll take part in a comprehensive onboarding program that includes workshops, online learning and in‑theatre training to help you build confidence quickly.
What you’ll do:
Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy
Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region
Deliver education and in‑servicing to hospital teams
Manage instruments, set preparation and case logistics
Stay up‑to‑date on current products, techniques and industry developments

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or healthcare‑related role
Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
Current valid driver’s licence
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry
