Rhino-Rack is seeking an Assembly Team Leader to guide day‑to‑day operations in the assembly area, ensuring safe, effective and quality outputs. You will coach team members, manage workflow and drive continuous improvement across the production environment.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing and robust knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite. In office work in NSW is expected with a focus on safety and efficiency.
