The Albert Park Hotel, operated by Morris Hospitality, is seeking passionate Chefs for full time and casual roles in the Happy Valley kitchen. You will contribute to delivering high-quality up-to-date Chinese/Cantonese dishes in a rapid-paced setting, with opportunities to learn wok cooking, dim sum, and Cantonese roast techniques.
