What will you be doing?
Manage and develop a $700K construction insurance portfolio
Manage a broader portfolio consisting of a diverse range of commercial risks
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Manage renewals, endorsements, placements and day-to-day account requirements
Provide high-quality insurance advice and solutions to clients
Convert and manage new business leads provided by the business
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and portfolios
Work closely with Broker Administrators to ensure efficient backend processing
Contribute to the continued growth of the construction portfolio and wider business
What do you need?
Demonstrated construction insurance experience is essential
Strong commercial insurance broking experience
Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager, Senior Broker or similar
Strong understanding of commercial insurance productsspecifically in constuction
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
A commercially minded approach with a focus on client outcomes
Ability to manage a sizeable portfolio with autonomy and confidence
Experience with Winbeat and SCTP would be highly regarded
A proactive, team-oriented and solutions-focused approach
