Djirra in Victoria is seeking a Family Violence Case Manager for the Wyndham Court site. You will deliver intensive, culturally protected support to Aboriginal women and children affected by family violence, utilising a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients move toward safety and healing.
You will conduct risk assessments, develop case plans, and coordinate with ACCOs and other services, including referrals to mental health, housing, and AOD supports.
