Nixor Workforce is a Perth-based labour hire company specialising in workforce solutions across Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Civil Construction.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our workforce and support our growing client base across Western Australia.

You will play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality mechanical maintenance and installation services across a range of industrial projects.

Working with our industry partners, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical fitting, maintenance, breakdown repairs, and servicing requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fitting, maintenance, repairs, and servicing on industrial equipment
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete breakdown repairs efficiently
Carry out installation, shutdown, and project works as required
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
Conduct preventative maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site requirements




Complete maintenance reports, job records, and compliance documentation
Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and site teams
Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety standards

About You:
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
Previous experience working within Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Civil industries
Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skill
