We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join our team!
You'll play a key role in ensuring customer experiences are outstanding and service is smooth in one of the newest dining experiences in FNQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee development of unique Cocktail list and develop weekly Cocktail Specials
Ensure effective and timely food and beverage service
Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
Assist with staff training and development
Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies
Skills and Experience:
Extensive Cocktail making experience in a quick paced setting
Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
The ability to work in a small team and assist others where needed
